Comfortable room, friendly staff, with reliable internet that made my stay enjoyable as I explored the surroundings easily due to the hotel's convenient location.

The grounds surrounding the hotel are pretty nice, with beautiful gardens that provide a serene environment. The breakfast buffet was decent. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available each morning, which gives a good start to the day.
The facilities need major improvement. I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, and the sliding doors were a concern for security—they didn’t lock well. The internet was a nuisance, frequently cutting out, which was frustrating. There's also no elevator for access to upper floors, making it a hassle if you've got luggage. And let’s not forget about the noise during the day. the music from the pool area was loud enough that it rattled my windows. The so-called 'newer' section of the building was also misleadingly advertised, showing its age and not providing the comfort expected from a higher rating.

Lovely stay with great views
Spent 5 nights, and I really enjoyed the lush greenery and stunning views around the hotel. The staff were super helpful, especially in the restaurant. I loved the local Ugandan food—they had some delicious options! Just wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable. it cut out a lot during my stay.

The superior twin room provided decent comfort, but several issues marred the experience. The sliding door's lack of security was worrying, as well as the unreliable internet that frequently cut out. only one bottle of water was provided daily for two guests, which felt inadequate. While my stay was marked by these inconveniences, the restaurant served fresh, well-prepared dishes that were genuinely enjoyable.
